This link will take you to a third party site that has up-to-date information on New Construction in the Denver Metro Area.  Although it provides contact and request information for the builders themselves, I highly recommend having me be your point of contact to protect your rights as a consumer, so you can be properly represented.  If you go directly through the builder, you will not be able to have your own real estate agent represent you.  In addition, builders are not required to use the standard Colorado State approved real estate contract forms.  These contracts are often set up with the builder's best interests in mind.  

You would want someone "on your side" to review the details of any paperwork prior to signing.
